Service Projects: various projects such as non-perishable food drive, coat drive, toy drive, items for the nursing home, etc.
State Convention:Kentucky Youth Assembly or KYA takes place in Louisville each year. Students create and present bills, participate in mock legislative debates, visit the Capital, debate bills in the House and Senate Chambers, and run for various leadership offices such as Governor and Supreme Court Justices. This convention allows gives students a hands-on experience in the Executive, Legislative, and Judicial branches of government.
